Terms of Service
Last updated: May 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Cloud PDF App("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. This service is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use this Service. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. We do not knowingly allow access by or collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used this Service, contact us at contact@cloudpdfapp.com and we will take appropriate action.
3. Description of Service
Cloud PDF App provides free online PDF tools that operate entirely within your browser. All processing is client-side — no files are uploaded to our servers. The Service is provided free of charge, supported by advertising.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to process files containing illegal content, infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or attempt to circumvent any security measures. You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process.
5. Your Files
You retain all rights to the files you process using this Service. Since files are processed locally in your browser, we have no access to your content and make no claim over it. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to process any files you use with this Service. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your files before using this Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The website design, code, and content (excluding user files) are the property of Cloud PDF App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our written permission. Our trademarks and brand assets may not be used without authorization.
7. DMCA Policy
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on the Cloud PDF App website infringes your copyright, please review our DMCA Policy for instructions on submitting a takedown notice. Note that Cloud PDF App does not store user files, which significantly limits the scope of DMCA applicability to our service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cloud PDF App, its owners, operators, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent that any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $10.00 or (b) the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Because the Service is free, this cap is USD $10.00 in most cases.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cloud PDF App, PapaSiddhi, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any files you process using the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
11. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution First: Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at contact@cloudpdfapp.com to attempt informal resolution. We will make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis (not as a class action). The arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration body. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Certain claims (including those relating to intellectual property and claims small enough to qualify for small claims court) are excluded from this arbitration requirement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PapaSiddhi operates. For users in the European Union, EU consumer protection laws apply and may provide additional rights that these Terms cannot override. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Service.
